01Is this road legal?+
No. ByeReg is sold for off-road and show use only. Use at car meets, shows and private events.
02Will it fit my car?+
Yes — any car with 12V plate lights. The inline fused harness splices into the existing plate-light wire, so it works on 99% of European, Japanese and American cars.
03Is it visible from outside?+
No. The sealed module mounts behind your plate with 3M tape — completely hidden. Your car looks 100% factory.
04Does the module need charging?+
No. The module is powered by the car's 12V circuit. Only the key fob runs on a small CR2032 coin cell that lasts around a year.
05How hard is the install?+
Three crimps and 3M tape. Splice the fused harness into the plate-light wire, stick the module behind the plate, pair the fob. Five minutes if you're slow.
